Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Familiarity with these definitions is essential for a complete understanding of your rights and obligations as a 44kc player.

Section 2

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 44kc Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated herein by reference such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of their effective date.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the 44kc Platform. 44kc reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Section 3

Eligibility and Age Restriction

The 44kc Platform is an adult entertainment service. Access is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 44kc operates a strict 18+ policy. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, playing, or receiving bonuses on the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.

• Account in Good Standing: You must not have had a 44kc account previously closed for breach of these Terms, fraud, or abuse of any promotional offer.

44kc uses verification procedures to detect underage access. If 44kc determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 18 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all deposits will be returned (minus any amounts already wagered), and no winnings accrued during the period of underage play will be paid out.

Section 4

Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of features on 44kc — including placing wagers, making deposits and withdrawals, and claiming bonuses — you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for all activity that occurs within their Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 44kc support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 44kc accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any of its contents — including credits, bonuses, or winnings — to any third party, whether for consideration or otherwise.

Section 5

Deposits and Withdrawals

44kc supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods to facilitate instant, low-friction deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank internet banking channels. Supported methods may be updated from time to time.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 44kc does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than BDT.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum thresholds are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. 44kc aims to process all approved withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. 44kc reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests.
• Fraud Prevention: 44kc monitors all transactions for signs of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime. Suspicious transactions may be flagged, held, or reported to appropriate authorities. Players found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will have their accounts permanently suspended.

Section 6

Bonus and Promotions Policy

44kc offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh's cultural calendar — such as Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh promotions, BPL cricket specials, and Victory Day offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on the individual offer page. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Under Bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted stake per round or bet may be restricted. Placing bets that exceed the bonus maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Abuse of Promotions: 44kc reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, coordinated wagering patterns, or breach of these Terms. Determinations regarding bonus abuse are made at 44kc's sole discretion.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are offered to eligible registered Players only. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Section 7

Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on the 44kc Platform are provided by internationally certified game studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) and game engines are independently audited for fairness. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 44kc reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the corresponding stakes to the Player's Account.
• Prohibited Conduct: Players must not use bots, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players. Use of such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes — including in live poker, live roulette, or any multiplayer format — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Sports Betting Integrity: Placing bets on the basis of insider knowledge, match-fixing arrangements, or any form of corrupt information is strictly prohibited. 44kc co-operates with sporting integrity bodies and may report suspicious betting patterns.
• Return to Player (RTP): RTP percentages for individual slot and casino games reflect long-term statistical averages across millions of rounds. Short-term results may deviate significantly from published RTPs. Gambling involves risk; you may lose all funds wagered.

Section 8

Account Closure and Suspension

Players may request the closure of their 44kc Account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closures initiated by a Player for responsible gaming reasons — such as concerns about problem gambling — will be processed with priority and without delay.

44kc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
• Violation of the 18+ age policy or failure to complete requested KYC verification
• Detected use of automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools
• Evidence of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion with other Players
• Initiation of fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals
• Suspicious financial activity that may indicate money laundering or fraud
• Any other material breach of these Terms & Conditions

Upon closure of an Account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements. Balances associated with accounts closed due to Terms violations may be forfeited at 44kc's discretion.

Section 9

Responsible Gaming

44kc is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. All Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively, regardless of whether they currently experience any difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions to existing limits take immediate effect; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time-based alerts that notify them after a set duration of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During exclusion, Account access, deposits, and marketing communications are suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications display the Player's net gaming session outcome, helping maintain an accurate picture of play activity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44kc and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay outcomes determined by certified RNG systems
• Temporary Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond 44kc's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, banking partners)
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security
• Losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or inaccuracies

44kc provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain continuous service availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 44kc's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

Section 11

Amendments to Terms

44kc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made for a variety of reasons, including changes to applicable law, updates to Platform features or payment methods, and adjustments to operational policies.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — 44kc will provide reasonable prior notice of the changes through the Platform, including by displaying a notice on the homepage or via direct communication to registered Players. The date at which revised Terms take effect will be clearly stated.

Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendments constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact 44kc support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any remaining real-money balance.
